Courtney Kenyon is a highly experienced client relations professional with over a decade of experience across Australia’s aged care sector. She has built her career supporting families through some of life’s most important decisions, combining deep industry knowledge with a genuine, people-first approach.
Currently serving as a Client Relations Manager at Estia Health, Courtney works closely with residents and their families to guide them through the aged care journey—from initial enquiry through to admission and beyond.
Prior to this, Courtney held a Client Relations Consultant role with Vacenti Aged Care, where she was instrumental in driving occupancy, building referral networks, and ensuring a seamless and compassionate customer experience.
Her earlier career with Regis Aged Care included roles in business development and frontline operations, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both the commercial and human aspects of aged care services.
